We are currently looking for Knowledge Management Trainees for the trainee periods starting in spring and summer 2023. This position would suit someone who is in the third or fourth year of their studies, wishes to gain experience of working in an international environment, and is eager to put their skills into practice.
“As a KM trainee, you get to work with diverse tasks and learn about all areas of law. This is also a great opportunity to find out what you are interested in. One of the best parts of the traineeship has definitely been the supportive KM team and the fact that you get to be a part of the amazing Hannes Snellman atmosphere. ” - KM Trainee 2022
Job Description and Responsibilities
You will be working part time assisting our lawyers in research and fact-finding, and taking care of other library routines. KM trainees also help to manage the library collections (electronic & physical), edit pieces of news, perform information searches, compile research materials, etc. The duration of the employment and your working hours will be agreed on separately. However, the preferred duration of the traineeship is 12 months.

- at least 150 study credits before starting
- genuine interest in business law and legal knowledge management
- fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish and other languages would be considered a bonus)
